Hope you can help me further.

The problem is I boot it to single user model from CD, and I do disk analyze
by read, there is no defected block.

but I can't do refresh and test, because it says the drive is write
protected.

And now I can't even boot it up, here is what I got, it just stuck there.

How can I boot up from CD and fix it and make it bootable?

Is it totally defective? Anyway to fix and save data?

It says it's "write protected". As long as it's "write protected" you'll
never be able to write to it. AFAIK, this is a jumper setting on a SCSI
disk. Google for your particular make/model (read the physical label on
the drive to find it) and see if you can find the Owners/Users Manual for
the drive.

The "Block: 0" makes me a little suspicious! Block 0 is where I would
start looking for things like the boot block, volume label, etc.

You've said nothing about the rest of your hardware, O/S, or what you were
trying to do when you got this error. It is customary to provide these
little details. . . . and frequently helps to get meaningful answers.
