UltraSPARC 400MHz CPU in Enterprise 3000?

I have an old Enterprise 3000 with two 250MHz UltraSPARC II processors. Now
I'll get two Sun UltraSPARC II 400MHz CPU modules with 8MB Cache (P/N
501-5661). Will these run in the E3000? Do they require any certain firmware
and/or board revisions?
