The DIMM needs to be replaced. The reason the errors are being
reported every 12 hours is due to the Solaris memory scrubber which
runs every 12 hours. The memory scrubber detects and corrects any bit
flips which it finds. As the scrubber is picking this error up every
12 hours despite it correcting the error 12 hours before means the
DIMM has a "weak cell" and should be replaced.
Further Suns guidelines state that a memory module must experience 3
or more persistent memory errors in a 24 hour period to warrant
replacement. As you can see that is the case eg:
