It is something a vendor (who is now out of business) put together. It
is a 4 CPU machine with a Sun ultra AXmp motherboard. The vendor calls
it a V.I.P. 450 R5UA so I assume it is based off of a 450 server.

I looked at the documentation and found nothing about beeping. There
is nothing in var/adm/messages and prtdiag shows no failures. The
system does
not have some of the LEDs that the document refers to.
