The 400 Mhz version of the Ultrasparc-IIi CPU module exists in the System
    Handbook:

    http://www.sunshack.org/data/sh/2.1/infoserver.central/data/syshbk/Devices/CPU_Module/UltraSPARC_400MHz_UltraIIi_A21.html

Sun part numbers for them are 501-5740 and 501-5741. I can only assume the
second one was a result of an engineering bug in the first version... Anyone
with any knowledge of their history?

I've never actually seen any of the 400 MHz version though. I'm running two
AXi based machines here. One has a 360 and the other a 440 MHz CPU. Both run
fine. Sparc-based ATX-format system boards make for a world of possibilities
with the massive dearth of PC cases available for sale on Ebay and other
    places. 8-)
