Probably because of cooling restrictions. Ultra 5's are fairly compact
enclosures compared to the tower version (ie. the Ultra 10's).

440 Mhz CPU's definitely need to have a fan cooling the heatsink directly.
There might not be room for one in the Ultra 5 enclosure.
