Perhaps a little high but not out of the ballpark. The 400mhz US-II
cpus for the Ultra 2 hold value real well as they are the fastest
supported speed grade. They seem to go for over $200 each on ebay, and
then you'd have to find out if the firmware needs patching on the
ultra 2 case you were fitting them to etc. Getting a working machine
with that stuff in is worth a significant premium over the bare
knuckle price for the bits on Ebay.

Maybe you could haggle a little, maybe get it filled up with ram?
