I wonder about all the answers as this should be a pretty clear thing.
The Ultra5/10's firmware limits the max. IDE disk size to 128GB. There is no
workaround, and it's not a Solaris limitation (depending on the version
Solaris might have some additional limits, though).
Get a drive not bigger than 128GB and You're set.
