The noise of 280R fans

I had to move the 280R inside the office:
not rackmounted it's just on the table and
its noise drives me crazy. It is 80 dB: and
they ask me to keep the door closed so that
the noise drops below 70 dB in the next room!

Is there a noise-reduction rack or something?

Any suggestion?
