Michael,

my SS5 exhibited similar startup issues after a recent power blackout.

Disconnecting and reconnecting all the loads seemed to identify one of the
disk as having failed and caused the PSU to trip out.

I have a question in Admin today that may be relevant, but I would suggest
the PSU behaviour is indicative of a trip, and if it is load related rather
than a PSU fault, you may be lucky enough to find it is a replacable element
such as a drive.

Good luck

David
