I have searched for X9684A,
and it is a Lucent 380 Watt Power Supply for E220 and E420.
Partnumber is 300-1449.
You should find the latter printed on your PSU as well.
Anyway, I am sure the X9684A is right.
Ensure that the jumper for the voltage level is correctly set!!
