    "Work fine" and "saturate" aren't the same thing. The old rule of
    thumb used to be 1 CPU MHz for every bps (so, 100 MHz for 100 baseT,
    and so on), but given the TCP/IP stack's performance improvements in
    S10, that rule may need to be updated.
