Hello,
I have a SunBlade 1000 with an FFB2+ and just got a HP 2335 23" TFT panel
with a native resolution of 1920x1200. No problem configuring the FFB
to generate the signal (1920x1200x60d), which I feed through a 13W3-VGA
adaptor and the monitor's VGA cable, but the picture is not very good, it
it is a bit blurred. Fine vertical lines are very inconsistent; sometimes
it is difficult to tell an "n" from an "m", for example.
I wonder whether the cable cannot transmit the required high frequency
signal. Any tips on how to improve the image? Better cable, or do I need
to get a graphics card that supports DVI (which one)?
thank you,
Roman Maeder
