The 4.2GB drives were the largest disk that Sun qualified and sold for
the Ultra 1 when it was still being manufactured. After that time the
disk drive technology has advanced and current disks are much larger.
Sun, however, has nothing to gain by spending lots of money testing
more modern disks for their old and obsolete systems.

Any SCA disk that fits physically (low profile) and with a current
consumption equal or less than the disks that Sun did support should
work. The current consumption of the disks of today is usualy lower
or equal to the old disks, so you should be able to use anything,
except perhaps the largest 15000 rpm disks.
