Hi,
When telnetting into the SCs of my V440s, the ALOM always thinks the
system console is in use by the SC's serial port. Consequently, you
always have to type 'console -f' at the SC prompt to get a read/write
console via a telnet session.
Does anyone know why this happens, or how to fix it? I'm glad there's a
workaround, but it's still annoying and strikes me as being an ALOM bug.
I updated the ALOM firmware to v1.5.3 and that didn't fix it.
thanks for any suggestions,
Jonathan
