You probably can put a 440 MHz Ultra 10 processor in without any problem.
The usual 360 MHz processor in an Ultra 5 only has 256 KB of cache -- the
440 MHz processor has 2 MB. Make sure that you have the latest firmware
installed on your Ultra 5 before you do this!
