Memory upgrade in Sun V60x, Problems

    hi everybody,

    i would like to upgrade the memory from 2GB up to 6GB with 1GB modules in my
    Sun V60x.

    the 2GB memory are 2x1GB from Infineon, the other is 4x1GB from Kingston
    with the same specs.

    After install the last 4GB the system will not boot, i have only a black
    screen....

    Can somebody help me?
