Somewhat OT question: good forums for UPS/power requirements

Spec'ing a data center UPS system (probably APC) for our Sun and HP
servers. APC and Liebert have some good info but would like to find
some more backgrounders on AC power requirements, system standards,
and best practices for datacenter requirements. I am going to be in
the 20-40 kva range. I need more background before talking to the
configurators and would appreciate some good links to whitepapers and
recommendations.
