Blade 100 won't power up.

Have a pair of Blade 100s. When I push the power button on the front
panel I get 3 bleeps and the system turns itself off. Any idea why?

The manual reers to a Power interlock. What/where is it? I'm guessing it
detects if the lid is removed but I can't see how.
