Note that it may not matter whether Sun's web site approves this
drive, as long as cdrecord does not recognize it. It thinks that the
drive is purely a player, not a burner -- because there are no entried
for this drive in the 2.01 version (which I believe to be the latest).
You might ask Mr. Schlling by e-mail whether there is anything that you
can do prior to a re-compile to add support for this drive. It may
simply be that he has never had one to work with.
