I picked up a Ultra 10 this weekend for $20. Thought everything was
in it, but didn't have memory installed. Read it needed EDO PC-66, I
have some 100's, but not positive it is EDO, it is from the Intel PII
era which I believe was EDO memory, but might be standard SDRAM. Will
this cause a problem?
Main reason I am asking is that I am trying to boot with a AOC VGA
monitor, and I get no signal, I pulled the CREATOR card, I here the HD
and everything power up, one beep and nothing. Nothing on the
monitor. I tried STOP N and STOP A, but nothing comes up. My next
task right now is finding a serial cable to hook it upto my laptop and
check it out that way.
Hoping to get this working :)
Thanks, Corey
