There is no such code in ASCII.
However -- there is a way to get the effect. That is to send a
<BREAK> (which is a single mark space significantly longer than the full
train of bits at the slowest possible baud rate). ASCII terminals have
a [BREAK] key. Terminal programs have some alternative way to force
sending that. I could tell you how to do it with kermit, but I don't
use Procomm, so I can't tell you there.
However -- your documentation for the program should be able to
tell you.
