Ultra2 400MHz upgrade mess

Hi,

I just spend an evening (and a fair amount of cash) trying to upgrade
my ultra2 from 2 300MHz to 2 400MHz processors. Here's what I've tried
so far:

Upgraded motherboard to rev. 13
Updated OBP to 3.25
Updated POST to 3.3.8
Changed multiplier jumper (J2301)
Cleared NVRAM (Stop-N) and set to default values (set-defaults)

None of this seems to work. AFAICT it's a POST problem -- the box
never even gets to sync the monitor.

Any ideas?
