512MB + 128MB = 640MB!
640MB + 512MB = 1152MB!
Execute prtdiag to see. prtdiag is either in /usr/sbin or
/usr/platform/sun4u/sbin.
The system probably was sold by SUN with 128MB and 512MB where added by
the one of the owners.
