Are you sure you don't mean 'qe' (no driver in S9 and later).

"qfe" in both Sbus and PCI forms is still supported in S10.

Probably. I just tried looking for the card, but I think I threw it out, but I know there was no driver in Solaris 9, so I guess it was qe. I bought it on eBay, thinking it was hme, but no such luck.
