I doesn't look much like a clone and all parts have genuine numbers.
The 440 cpus have a much larger heatsink on the back than the 450 I
have and are according to the sticker made in the UK. I think in the
past when I hunted for these numbers I found some info on them being
for the telecoms market and were clocked back 10MHz or something? I
tried a 450 and it made no difference. I have tested the switch and it
works as a switch should. I think the power supply is looking the most
likely. I'll get hold of one and test.
