I can't see the picture myself, but if the card is like mine, with two 68-pin connectors, those connectors are not 'standard' (i.e. readily available cables). You need them too. They are not easy to find. I forget what they are called. VHDC or something like that.

I would be suprised if not these connectors where standard SCSI connectors same as on a SunSwift, what do you compare to when you say "standard"=

If you are mixing things up with the connector on a 68-pol SCSI disk, then they are not of the same standard but both are fully standard and available from almost any cable shop!

You can not fit physically fit two standard width connectors on a PCI board.

Again, what is "standard", this board has two standard SCSI connectors externally to!

The internal connectors are the same as what you will find on many disk drives, as well as external items like tape drives, the Sun 611 boxes and similar. They are about 43 mm on one side, and 45 on the other side, with a taper on the ends. The bit where the cables go is about 5 mm across.

But the external connectors on the cards are a very high density connector - they are *not* the same as on the sunswift card (on the sbus one anyway). They are much smaller about 30 mm on one side and 32 on the other, and only 3 mm across.

If you think about it, two cables that are 45 mm long would just not fit on a PCI card. There would need to be some space between them to fit the boot on the cables.

The OP posted a link to the cables
