I'm going to attempt to find a SATA to ATA converter and adapter
to a 2.5" disk and see how that works if at all. I'm also going
to put in a 250 gig just to see how it goes.
I am looking forward for the results of your experiments. However...
I'll see how it takes some abuse in the morning once we set up a
netboot server and boot the thing for a full install. Does anyone
make a SATA DVD drive that it can boot off off? Any chance of USB
booting?
.... I haven't thought about that. This will be our first server, so no
net boot or net storage of any kind. How should I install the OS? Maybe
I have to think about something else. T2000 (expensive) or even a
conventional Ultra 45.
