The top shows a bulge instead of being flat, due to the build-up of
pressure inside the capacitor.

It's unlikely to be the problem though. The electrolyte that was
prepared to the incomplete, stolen recipe was used mainly in capacitors
used for CPU voltage regulation on cheaper Taiwanese PC motherboards.

Did you get a non-DOA guarantee on the machine?
