Yeah, I added two D1000s to a x86 machine and after a while it would
not boot anymore (the reason was that by going into the BIOS the current
boot disk was deselected as bootable device and could no longer be
found among all the disks).

Fortunately, I could disable the controller's BIOS so it would not
offer them as boot devices anymore.
