terminal problem on SunOS 4.X

hi everybody,
i have a problem which i can´t solve by my self.
everything started with the wish to install SunOS 4.1.1 on my good old sun 3/50. ok, the miniroot comes up:

but after the last line i only get garbage :-( i tested a SunOS 4.1.4 on a SunIPX with shows the same problem :-((( if i boot solaris on the IPX
i can perfectly logon to the console.
have anybody ANY idea why i have this problem?
as terminal i use teraterm pro under windows xp and the following terminal cable(which works 100% with solaris):
