Recommendations for monitoring software

    Hello,
    Recently I have found that my Ultra 80 has been making lots of hard
    disk noises when as far as I am aware, it is idle. Anyone got any
    recommendations for monitoring software to see what is accessing the
    disk, coming in on the network etc? top does not reveal much, netstat
    does not either.

    Any pointers?
