Hi,
Linux x86 binaries will not run on a SPARC system except there would be a
x86 emulator or you install a SunPci card in the box.
What the text means is the following:
You can run Linux x86 binaries on a Solaris 10 x86 system.
You can "easily" port a Linux application to Solaris 10 SPARC due to the
fact it is based on open standards.
