precisely which packages are you suggesting? notice that the request isn't
to change their client software base, but to provide a server which will
work with outlook clients.

eh? how so? perhaps you can provide a list of specific features or
software on which a mail server would depend which are missing from either
openserver or unixware. (both of those platforms easily support popular
programs supplying smtp, pop, imap, http, ldap and ph, including the
software provided with the system.)

i'm a fan of open source o/s', but your incessant suggestion any other o/s
cannot possibly provide a solution is just a tad grating.
