  I'll be glad to see the back of it. It may be under the spam threshold
but it's not a faq, it doesn't follow the format of a faq which makes it
more intrusive as a regular posting than a faq would be, and its sole
purpose is self-publicity and the promotion of the author's product.

  Well, he *IS* trying to sell his product; it gets plugged at the end of
the website, the whole thing is basically an advertorial.

  Technically, alt groups do have a charter if one was included with the
first newgroup cmsg creating the group, but it is regarded as advisory only
rather than enforceable.

  In conclusion, I would like to thank Mr. Ross for ceasing his regular
advertising on these groups. Now maybe we can get those E-JANCO FUCKHEADS
to piss off as well.
