If they are already compiled, then they are already pre-compiled.
To let others use them, you will need to bundle them with whatever
sharable libraries they use that are unique to them. Start with
ldd on Solaris. The same functionality uses different utilities
ont he others. THen you'll need to learn to build packages for
delivery and each of the 3 use different packaging methods and
different tools for creating packages. Or you can punt on real
packages and deliver tarballs.
