Vacation-like (sendmail) solution for Red Hat 9?

Red Hat 9 did not/does not ship with "vactaion".

  * Is there a vacation-like program that RHL9 *does* have that I am not
 aware of?

  * Are there other programs that work with sendmail to do what vacation
  does?
