For non-german speakers :

A machine with Spamassassin and ClamAV, and the OP wants to copy all
outgoing mails.

Answer :

Iy you need the MTA to copy it, the way to do it depends on the MTA used
. In Sendmail a milter that does it is easely written. If you're a Perl
code, you could hack up Amavis. If you're happen to run a Dual-MTA
setup, it might get easier.
