Everyone on Usenet has the RIGHT to reply to each and every post that appears on usenet that they choose to respond to, negatively or positively, even every one that one specific person writes! ... If you dont LIKE who responds or what they say, then you can LEAVE, or NOT POST or Killfile! ... I think they just say that you cant go within x number of feet or yards of someone, but you cant tell them that they cant shop at Doug's Groceries or Dan's Bar & Grill or go to a certain city or even neighborhood, even if the person who is the obtainer of the restraining order lives & shops there. ...
