At least your server software should be able to do it. Use the
tftp command to download the file on a Unix or Windoze box to
verify this assumption. If this works, the installed IOS may
be very old and incapable of doing tftps this size.
or can any one give a solution for this one how to copy files which
are more then 32MB?
Your version of IOS may have other protocols available for
image and config transfers like rcp, ftp or http.

ya tried using tftp client from other linux and sun solaries mechines
but same prob its sayng timed out
any other clues?
