Hi Annette,

The problem is that I cannot get the server up & running at all, due to a
hang situation during boot. I am therefore unable to get into SMS or
anything, and need to either start SMS by F1 or reinstall from the CD by
pressing F5. Neither works, and the server is dead meat.
