More HACMP and ETHERCHANNEL

I am currently using dlpars on aix 5.2 and have a couple of questions;
first is Fiber/gigabit etherchannel, is it possible with fiber card?
if not can you set up fiber with fiber 'failover' or fiber to 10/100
failover [not in hacmp but in etherchannl arena]?

Second is HACMP, anyone use ipaliasing and single net cards on 2 box
standby-type cluster?
