[Q] RS/6000 Model 250 Manuals

Hi all,

        Does anyone have the hardware manuals that came with these systems?
I got a hold of three of them, but have not been able to find the manuals
anywhere on the 'net. There's plenty of references to them, though,
spec-wise. :/
