You should have 2 additionnal cdroms , bonus pack and expansion pack
cdroms. It's possible they have been tarred on another cd (never seen
that), but as Netscape is on one of these 2 (never remember which, the
expansion I think), this is why you eventually haven't netscape
(latest version can be downloaded from netscape's site). On these
cdroms you can find Adobe Reader, various evaluation software, ...

Not sure, only got a theory : AIX installation program first
determines your configuration, then selects which fileset to install
(the Table of Content of each cdrom of AIX lists the whole filesets of
AIX - not only those on the cdrom; therefore it's possible for the
installer to know whiwh filesets to install before having actually
found them). At the time he was loking for them, they were not on the
first cdrom, I presume they have been installed later.
You can check this with
lslpp -al | grep partial_name_of_the_fileset
Of course yo have first to sort the pipe problem out :))

There is probably a more accurate choice for your keyboard. Don't know
for english, but for french environment you've gout several versions
such as ISO8859-1, ISO8859-15, alternate or non alternate, ...
Try to look in smitty => systems environnment => language management
=> primary language (not sure of the name of this item, but it is the
first of the smit menu).
When you browse the keyboards list, scroll the screen on the right
(right arrow) to be able to completely read the output as it is often
truncated, you could have missed something.

It seems you selected some filesets not related to you environement
(but related to AIX 4.1) , ie you rather should select INDIVIDUAL
filesets, because if you select the whole package it'll try to install
some libraries related to older versions of AIX - thus the error
message you have.
