Mount has both a "nocase" and an "upcase" option you might try. The
last time I needed this, I think upcase performed as advertised (all
names converted to uppercase). Nocase did not work, so I ended up
mounting the CD on my Mac and NFS exporting that to the AIX box, which
did work.
