I did get an answer for this for all who might be curious,
SCSI Bus Errors, this one error 10 are often seen after adding new
harddrives and creatign volume groups, especially since the controllers
that I am using a fast/wide controller that is hitting its bandwith
limit quite hard. The sense data essentially meant drive is busy, will
talk later..to HBA.
