By PKI do you mean the usual Public Key Infrastructure?

If so, it's hard to answer your question, as -- at least according
to my copy of _Understanding PKI_:

        A PKI is a pervasive security infrastructure whose services
        are implemented and delivered using public-key concepts and
        techniques.

The term, as you can see, is so generic that the question "What
do I install on AIX to have PKI?" is almost meaningless.

So what are you trying to do? Single sign-on? Provide details.
