You could also skip this file from inventory file and keep it in apply
list file.

In bff:
./usr/lpp/<package name>/<fileset name>.inventory
./usr/lpp/<package name>/<fileset name>.al

The only problem is, sysck does'nt run on this file at the end of
installation process.
