I just bought a IBM RS/6000 7012-390 box to learn AIX.

It has a framebuffer with a 13W output. I connected a Sun monitor,
a normal PC PS/2 keyboard and mouse and powered it up.
The monitor showed that it received signals but there was nothing
    on the screen.
I tried to connect a serial cable to S1 port and use Kea! (a terminal
emulator for MS Windows) and it shown nothing.
I removed the framebuffer, the keyboard, the mouse and tried a again
with Kea but still no output. I even tried with a terminal Daewoo XT
230E (vt100 compatible) and still no luck.

The key is in Normal position.
First, there was no LED display.
Now, after so many trials, the LED shows 2-digit code 70.

I check the manuals (380544_RS6000_7012_300_Operation_guide.pdf and
    380545_RS6000_7012_300_installation_service_guide.pdf, both downloaded
from IBM) and the box has 3-digit codes only.
Did I stuff up the machine?

If not, how can I access to the console so I can re-install the OS?

    TIA,
