enq: (WARNING): 0781-040 Local queue is dead

lpstat -pMyPrintQueue gives a list of print jobs.i wanted to cancel
the top one but failed. it gives this "enq: (WARNING): 0781-040 Local
queue is dead -- no requests being accepted." i cancelled the other
jobs and it works. i also tried to stop/restart the queues but failed
too.

so, i came here to look and found this
